Summary: The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Sunshine helped brighten our breakfasts with her cheery disposition and personalized service. Camero helped prepare waffles, cleared the tables, and promptly refilled coffee cups while brewing new pots of coffee. The air conditioner was not working in one of our rooms; the maintenance team quickly addressed the issue. When it was determined the air conditioning unit needed replaced, Tae and Jeremy made sure we were very well taken care of. We highly recommend staying here; the customer service is exceptional! Thank you for the wonderful stay!!

Summary: The people working were extremely nice and friendly. The room was clean but the curtain was hanging down and I couldn't fix it. The toilet leaked on the floor too. The power went out which was no one's fault and the workers did a good job being helpful.

Summary: The front desk was very kind and helpful during our stay. The suite was perfect for our family and we enjoyed being able to all stay together! The breakfast was the best we’ve ever had and the staff tending to the food was great! Beds were comfortable and all other amenities are more than what you would need for a comfortable stay.

Summary: It was my bday & I was celebrating. I love how nice & welcoming especially with my name on the television. They provided everything as far as the utensils & pots & pans if I did wanted to cook. My son also of course loved being in the pool.

Summary: We were only here for 1 night and we were sad that we were leaving the 2nd day. The desk staff went above and beyond and were incredibly friendly. Our room was clean and had everything we could want/ need.
